A limited lifetime warranty is provided for all frames used in sofas, couches, love seats, upholstered chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. A limited 5-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on recliner mechanisms and metal springs, including seat springs and back springs. A limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on sleeper mattresses and sleeper mechanisms. A limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on leather, upholstery, and cushioning. This couch is in our living room. Everyone loves it including our pets. Fur comes off with a pet brush - wonderful! Pillows can be arranged over and over and makes it super flexible. First piece I've gotten that has received 100% thumbs up from friends and family. Waiting to see how well it wears. Treat it like a new refrigerator i.e. measure not only where you want it but all the doorways it will come through. Enjoy!
