I bought this for my finished basement--aka guest bedroom and family room, which has the big TV and the great bathroom. It is larger than expected, but comfortable for sitting/lounging--even 3 people would have enough room. According to my daughter, it's easy to convert to the bed.

I love the way this sofa looks. The back is nice and tall so you have a good spot to sit back and rest your head. The seating is a little more shallow than I would have liked, but my parents said the bed was comfortable for a few days sleeping. They are both substantially sized so that is saying a lot. The material is comfortable and wipes clean easily. The price point was incredible [...]
